Dr. Jessica Heuer graduated from the University of Illinois in 1997. Following graduation she worked for Dr. Michael Lokai at Central Equine Hospital in Ocala, Florida. She left Central Equine Hospital to be the resident veterinarian for Classic Acres in Ocala, Florida and then at Five Star Ranch in Alpharetta, Georgia. In 2006, Jessica attended the Chi Institute for Chinese Veterinary Medicine in Gainesville, Florida, where she earned her certification in Equine Veterinary Acupuncture.
